“1992 Constitution. What are you Doing Here, Kid?” is a civic education comic handbook, available in Guarani, issued in 1993 as part of the “Decidamos” Public Expression Campaign in Paraguay. The handbook is meant to familiarize Paraguayans with the new Constitution adopted in 1992 and to explain the democratic changes that stand at the basis of it. The comic briefly mentions the reason behind the adoption of the 1992 constitution and the advantages it would bring to the Paraguayan people.
