Non/Oui Referendum '95
“Non/Oui Referendum '95” is a political pamphlet, available in French, distributed by the Director General of Elections in Quebec in 1995 which provides information on the Referendum vote in Quebec that will take place October 30th 1995. The pamphlet calls to all citizens of Quebec to pronounce themselves on the future of Quebec, as the referendum will decide whether Quebec should become a sovereign nation, separate from Canada. The pamphlet describes the history of this issue, provides arguments why the public should vote yes at the referendum, and what will happen if it passes. Parts of the pamphlet are made available in English.

Ungava: Special Measures
“Ungava: Special Measures” is a leaflet from 1995, available in both an English and French copy, which outlines special provisions for the isolated communities in the electoral division of Ungava so that they may vote in the Referendum on October 30th 1995. “Ce que vous devez savoir sur le project de loi sur la séparation du Québec du Canada” is a report in French from 1995 by the Québécois Committee for No (“Le Comité des Québécoises et des Québécois pour le Non”) intended to illustrate why citizens of Quebec should vote No at the October 1995 Referendum vote on whether Quebec should claim sovereignty from Canada. The report takes a pamphlet from the National Assembly which explains why the new law for sovereignty would be the right choice and then marks it up with numerous comments on how these groups are deceiving the public and what voting yes in the referendum would really mean.
