“We all Must Register” is a registration/voter motivation brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the “Decidamos” group in Paraguay in lead up to the 1996 Paraguayan Municipal Elections. The brochure is meant to stimulate voters to register in the new permanent civic registry that would allow them to vote in the elections. The brochure explains the exact steps to be taken for a correct registration process.

“Your Guide to Voting in the 1996 General Elections” was published by Elections, New Zealand in 1996 in preparation for the October 12th, 1999 general elections. This booklet provides voter enrollment information, voting procedures, maps of electorates, a complete listing of polling stations, and common questions and answers. The voting instructions are provided in English, Chinese, Tongan, Korean, Maori, Cook Island Maori, Samoan, Tokelauan, and Niuean. A party list and a sample ballot are also provided in this booklet.

‘Citizen’s Guide” is a civic education guidebook, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the “Decidamos” group in Paraguay and intended to familiarize Paraguayans with the general aspects of a municipality. The handbook explores the importance of the municipal government; it describes what a municipality consists of, its functions and the relation between the central government and the municipal government. It also describes the attributions of the municipal council and how citizens can participate in the decision making process.
