The brochure, through the use of comics, briefly explains the similarities in the process of electing the president of the country and the president of a student group and it help familiarize the youth with the electoral process.

“Tolerance” is a civic education material, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the “Decidamos” Public Expression Group in Paraguay in an effort to instruct young citizens on the issue of tolerance. The civic education material is part of the “Civic Education for a Democratic Coexistence” project in Paraguay that wishes to create an environment for the development of the values that consolidate the democratic culture of its citizens. The documents contains tolerance-related situation games and activities.

Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
