“How to Vote?” is a voter guide, available in Spanish, issued in 1989 by the “Decidamos” group in Paraguay in lead up to the May 1, 1989 Paraguayan General Elections. The handbook provides in-depth information on the voting procedure, starting with the registration process to the actual vote exercising on the day of the elections. The guide is meant to stimulate Paraguayan voters to contribute to the democracy-building process in Paraguay by being active civic participants.
