“Voter Information Guide for 1990 Elections” is a voter handbook prepared in 1990 by Sherrod Brown, the Secretary of State of Ohio, in lead up to the May 8, 1990 Primary Election and the November 6, 1990 General Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about registering and voting, absentee voting including the armed services absentee voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. It also provides short descriptions of each one of the offices for which Ohio voters will express their votes.
