Voter Information Guide
This 1998 “Voter Information Guide” was produced by the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s State Board of Elections in lead up to that year’s primary and general elections. The piece provides answers to many frequently asked questions such as who can register to vote and where one can register to vote; it also addresses topics such as absentee ballots and basic voting procedures, including the operation of voting machines. The November 3 general elections would be the final congressional elections of Bill Clinton's two term presidency.

Young Texas Voters
“Young Texas Voters” is a voter handbook issued in 1998, available in both English and Spanish, by the Election Division of the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, in lead up to the November 3, 1998 General Election in Texas. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about voting, the voter registration process, and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. Additionally, it contains an Election Calendar with the most important dates of the November 3, 1998 General Election in Texas.

Virginia Elections 1997
On October 30th, 1997, The Washington Post published a special section entitled “Virginia Election 1997: Voters Guide” which provides a detailed breakdown of all candidates and important issues for the upcoming November elections.
