Board of Elections and Ethics, which informs the reader of new voting processes, necessary candidate qualifications, and the redrawing of voting districts that will be important during the elections to take place in the year 2002. Both primary and general elections are set to take place in the USA in 2002 and candidates will be running for offices such as United States Senator and Representative, Mayor of the District of Columbia, Chairman of the Council, Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, and President of the Board of Education.
