“A Guide to Conducting a Successful Voter Education Drive” is a voter handbook issued in 1994 by the Election Division of the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, in lead up to the 1994 General Election in Texas. The brochure is part of the secretary of State’s voter registration drive program designed to increase participation in the election process through registering new voters and encouraging voter turnout. Its aim is to provide guidelines for businesses, associations, schools, and other organizations that wish to plan and implement a voter registration/education drive. Additionally, it contains a list of the voter registrars by county and an Election Calendar with the most important dates of the 1994 General Election in Texas.

The piece came out in lead up to the November 8 congressional elections; there is a Spanish version of the document included as well.
