Voter Guide -- Manhattan Primary Election
“Voter Guide-Manhattan Primary Elections” is a voter handbook, available in both Spanish and English, published in 1993 by the New York City Campaign Finance Board, in lead up to the September 14, 1993 New York General Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. It also provides short descriptions of each one of the local offices for which candidates were running for and the profiles of candidates in the Manhattan primary races. Moreover, it includes a chapter on the NYC Campaign Finance Program.

Political Advertising
“Political Advertising” is a brochure released in April 1993 by the Public Disclosure Commission of Washington State. The document outlines the requirements candidates must follow for political advertising in their campaigns. These requirements for written advertisements include areas such as sponsor identification, candidate affiliation, independent expenditures and placement and size of identifications. The brochure does not indicate whether these requirements concern a specific election in the USA.
