Information on Voter registration in Chicago
“Information on Voter Registration in Chicago” was published in the year 2000 by Illinois’ “Board of Election Commissioners.” The piece includes sections on how to physically register to vote as well as how to handle changes to an applicant’s address and or name. The piece also describes how to assist applicants with disabilities and “persons lacking traditional residence” in the application process. This booklet was released in lead up to the November 7, 2000 elections that would feature the presidential race between George W. Bush and Al Gore. There is also a Spanish version of this document included in this packet.

The “Judge of Election Handbook” was published in 2000 in Chicago Illinois during the lead up to that year’s general elections held on November 7. The booklet contains chapters on topics such as the importance of having election judges, what supplies will be necessary on the election side and how to go about setting up polling places. Also included is a glossary defining election related vocabulary. That year’s general elections would feature the presidential race between Al Gore and George W. Bush.

Annual Report Fiscal Year 2000
“Annual Report Fiscal Year 2000” is a report released by the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics which gives some background information about the activities coordinated by the Board and the Office of Campaign Finance during the fiscal year 2000 – between October 1st 1999 and September 30th 2000. Information in the report includes data on voter registration, D.C. Municipal Regulations, and an account of the Presidential Primary elections in May and September of the year 2000.

“Area Registration Instructions” was published in 2000 in Chicago Illinois during the lead up to that year’s general elections held on November 7. The booklet contains chapters on topics such as registering voters, setting up the registration location and concluding the registration duties. The booklet contains textual description as well as visual aids including sample voter registration cards as well as citizenship cards and sample election audit reports. In 2000, the Virginia Chapter of the Sierra Club published a guide to educate the people of Virginia on the environmental stances of Senatorial candidates Charles Robb, a Democrat and Republican George Allen. This chart shows whether or not each candidate supports the Sierra Club position on issues of clean water, clean air, public lands, and environmental scores.
