The booklet starts off with a chart describing the voting and registration trends in Johnson County and then goes on to include clippings from news papers on topics such as voter registration and advanced voting. The bulk of the pieces cover the county’s advanced voting system, started in 1995, and its impact on voter turnout. The articles have an overall positive view of the new voting system and believe that is has been received well by the voters as indicated by its positive impact on voter turnout.
