Participate in '88: A Guide to Voting in Indiana
This pamphlet was produced by the Office of the Secretary of State of Indiana in lead up to the 1988 general elections. The piece provides citizens of Indiana with information regarding who may vote, how one can register to vote, how to vote with an absentee ballot as well as a list of phone numbers for county circuit court clerks. The document was released in lead up to the November 8, 1988 presidential election between Democratic nominee and Massachusetts Governor, Michael Dukakis and Republican nominee and two-term Vice-President George H.W. Bush.

Register 88: Make it a Class Act
This pamphlet entitled “Register 88: Make it a Class Act” was published by the National Association of Secondary School Principal in 1988 after the NASSP received a grant to sponsor student voter registration nation-wide. The pamphlet contains step-by-step instructions as how to successfully organize and implement student voter registration in each school. The goal of the NASSP was to register 100% of eligible high school students before graduation in order for all to participate in the 1988 presidential election.
