Un Homme, Une Femme C'est une Voix C'est un Vote
“Un Homme, Une Femme C’est Une Voix C’est Un Vote” is a flyer, available in both French and Malagasy copies, featuring a comic strip about voter registration. Information about the upcoming presidential election and deadlines for voter lists are included in the animation. The flyer was distributed in 1992 by the International Observatory of Democracy in Madagascar in order to encourage voter registration for the November 25th 1992 Presidential Elections in Madagascar.
