Prepared by the Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan organization for the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPC-RV), the “Workshop for the 1995 Local Elections: A Manual” addresses the responsibilities of PPC-RV trainers and volunteers focusing primarily on the 1995 local elections in the Philippines.
