Voter Fraud Prevention Handbook
The “Voter Fraud Prevention Handbook” was published in California in September of 1996 in lead up to the November 5th presidential election between incumbent Democrat Bill Clinton and Republican Nominee Bob Dole. The booklet contains sections on proper registration procedure, ballots counting, “campaign dos and don’ts” as well as a section on the initiative process and a list of phone numbers to call if one has further questions.

“Getting to Know the Civic History of Mexico 5” is an informative booklet, available in Spanish, published in 1996 by the Federal Electoral Institute, and it presents the civic historical facts and personalities throughout the months of January- March. The pamphlet is meant to amplify the knowledge of Mexican citizens regarding the most important happenings that have shaped the creation of Mexico, its identity and its historical memories that have been significant factors in the building of a democratic culture in Mexico. Some of the events mentioned are: the adoption of the Agrarian Law in January, 1915 and the Tlatelolco Treaty of February 1967.
