1993 Voter Guide -- The Bronx
“1993 Voter Guide-The Bronx” is a voter handbook, available in both Spanish and English, published in 1993 by the New York City Campaign Finance Board, in lead up to the September 14, 1993 New York Primary Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. It also provides short descriptions of each one of the local offices for which candidates were running for and the profiles of candidates in the Bronx primary races. Moreover, it includes a chapter on the NYC Campaign Finance Program to explain how it helps make local elections more competitive and democratic.

“Voters Guide for the September 14, 1993 Election for the Chair of District of Columbia Council” is a guide by the D.C. League of Women Voters from September 1993 that features questions and answers by the candidates running in the 1993 Election for Chair of D.C. Council. Information about all the candidates is provided and their answers to questions about important issues such as the budget, housing and debt. Additionally, information about Initiative No. 37 about nuclear disarmament is made available.

Electoral Systems Seminar: Brasov, Romania, September 2-4, 1992
This report summarizes findings from a seminar which brought together all groups involved in the democratic process in Romania in order to discuss freely and openly the political process in the country in the weeks prior to the September parliamentary and presidential elections. Participants included mayors, prefects, judges from local electoral tribunals, political parties and non-governmental organizations.

A Guide to the Voter
In preparation for the November 3rd, 1992 Presidential Elections and the December 8th, 1992 Parliamentary elections in Ghana, the Interim National Commission published “A Guide to the Voter.” This guide provided Ghanaian citizens with complete voter registration information, further information on the election process and an overview of election workers. The purpose of this guide is to educate the public and contribute towards a peaceful, free, and fair election.
