“How to Register and Vote in Alexandria” is a voter handbook issued in 1996 by the Registrar of Voters and the Election Board of Alexandria, Virginia, in lead up to the 1996, 1997, and 1998 Elections. The brochure is designed to inform people about voter registration and it provides instructions on voting. Additionally, it contains the Alexandria Election Calendar with the most important dates of the upcoming 1996, 1997, and 1998 Elections.

Pre-Election Technical Assistance Mission, Chad, 1 - 24 November 1995
This report summarizes the pre-election technical assistance provided by IFES in Chad prior to elections in 1996. The report summarizes the on-the-spot assistance provided by IFES, the development of an electoral calendar and efforts devoted to voter registration. The report also includes a list of problems with the planned elections ranging from political and institutional problems to questions about security. The report concludes with recommendations for elections in Chad. Included with the report are several documents concerning electoral law, regulations and the constitution of Chad.

Ungava: Special Measures
“Ungava: Special Measures” is a leaflet from 1995, available in both an English and French copy, which outlines special provisions for the isolated communities in the electoral division of Ungava so that they may vote in the Referendum on October 30th 1995. The leaflet, produced by the Director General of Elections in Quebec, mentions provisions such as advance polling and the possibility of registering for the revised voter list by fax.
