Voter Fraud Prevention Handbook
The “Voter Fraud Prevention Handbook” was published in California in September of 1996 in lead up to the November 5th presidential election between incumbent Democrat Bill Clinton and Republican Nominee Bob Dole. The booklet contains sections on proper registration procedure, ballots counting, “campaign dos and don’ts” as well as a section on the initiative process and a list of phone numbers to call if one has further questions.

“Democracy for the Youth” is a youth voter informative booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the National Electoral Council of Colombia, and intended to help the Colombian youth understand the meaning and implications of a democratic society and why one should prefer it over the other forms of government; to learn about the separation of the three branches of power, as well as how to integrate oneself into a political party or movement. The booklet is meant to trigger the youths’ desire to participate in the building of a more democratic Colombia by educating them to fully understand the importance of having a democratic society and its attributes.
