The voter handbook was compiled upon the receipt of a questionnaire that was sent to candidates by the Resource Institute of Oklahoma in which they had to express their position on specific topics, such as budget/taxes, education, crime, labor, welfare reform, and health care being among the others. The voter guide presents the positions of each candidate on any of the topics mentioned above.
