Issued by Washington Secretary of State Ralph Munro, the “Voters and Candidates Pamphlet” provides federal and local candidate information, a voter checklist, campaign contribution regulations, and absentee ballot information for the November 6th, 1984 state general election. This pamphlet outlines three state measures complete with full text of proposed and existing legislature, statements for and against, rebuttal statement, and full explanations as well as brief biographies of both federal and local candidates. Ronald Reagan and George H. Bush make up the Republican Presidential and Vice Presidential ticket while the Democratic challengers are Walter Mondale and Geraldine Ferraro, respectively.
